We have the ability to manufacture products from prototype to high-volume production stages, using high quality horizontal CNC milling centres.

Our 7 x Kitamura horizontal machining centres have the versatility to cut materials at high speeds of up to 15000rpm or at low speed/high torque applications required for difficult materials. CNC machined components within a 430mm x 430mm x 400 mm machining envelope can be offered.

Addmore Engineering utilises twin pallet automatic changers, with the production of bespoke fixturing, to machine multiple operations in a single set up. Combined with tool pre-set capability, tool breakage detection, latest CAD programming and Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), we provide reliable production processes. This ensures demanding delivery schedules; quality and cost targets can be achieved.

Precision components are manufactured from a wide range of materials including super alloys (i.e. inconel, hastelloy, maraging, marinel), plastics (i.e. PEEK, glass filled nylon, tufnol), titanium and specialist steels (inc. super duplex).
